Cheese FonduINGREDIENTS:
2 cups shredded Adams Reserve Cheddar
3/4 cup low-fat milk
3 ounces cream cheese cubed
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon margarine
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 to 6 drops tabasco sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook
on low approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally
until cheese is melted and smooth. Turn to high heat
and cook 1 hour. Serve with bread sticks or fresh vegetables
for dipping.
